I tried to read the diary when I was in 5th grade (I am now in 8th) and found it boring. I didn't really understand what was happening during her life. Now I have finally read it, and it haunts me. Anne was so brave, so strong, such an optimist. Everything she knew fell apart, but was still happy. She makes me feel ashamed of myself sometimes. |

Well i love anne frank, in school, i am in the 8th grade and we watch a vairity of holocaust movies and all of the ones about anne frank stand out to me. Everything about her i think is just outstanding. And i cry when i imagine me in her shoes. I thikn all the children should read about Anne Frank and about her family.
I am 14, and I am interested in the Holocause more than anything,
and i believe other teens should be too!!!

I just finished reading the "Diary Of Anne Frank"it was very heart breaking that she was so full of heart and she still thought that there was good in every one, no matter what they did many years after her death she has impacted many lives for the better... she is always a memorable girl in history |

I first read this book when I was 13 and I have read it over 6 times since [I am now 16] when I was younger it didn't really strike a cord but now that I've read it again and again I can further understand how horrible it was and what an amazing young woman anne frank became. I cry every time I start thinking about the holocaust and can't believe why so many people still don't care. |

This girl is so amazing, she has been such and inspiration to me. I really wish they all had made it through, i think that her sister's death made her give up. I really liked the movie they made, I never knew that Camps were like that, I cried so bad, It really touched me, so many innocent people were killed. She has taught me to be thankful for what I have, and that hate made a terrible tradgety in history! |

I have read annes books, read the play, watched vidieos, and more.
Anne is an inspiration to me , and probly a lot more girls my age, I am thankfull for putting this her dad putting this book out cause it tells a life of a girl who had a normal life, then everything got ripped away. But it didn't bother Anne. She looked on the positve side. |

I have read the book and i think it was a wonderful thing to read . I really enjoyed learning what Anne and her family and friends had to deal with. It kind of scared me a bit while watching the movie but i really thought it was a good idea for this to be introduced in school. |

i thought this site was very interesting i relly like the slide show and thought it was helpful I also realy liked the book but I didn't like the way the Jews were killed because of what thay were i found it vere cruel. i think this book should keep being read in not only school but everywhere. |

I feel that this book is a half decent book but it was much better as a movie and i feel that it doesen't seem very good for people to read other peoples diary even if they are dead and can't really do anything about it is still wrong if she wanted it to be read she would have told her father to do it. |
