Response: I have only read the play of Anne Frank with my class with my class, but I thought the play was sad but meaningful. Anne really was a great girl that would have made it along way in life. The information on this website did kind of change my view of Anne. I think of her now as a girl who never really got a chance in life, but made a difference for the people in hiding with her. |

Response: We just got finished reading the Diary of Anne Frank play im our english class and I really enjoyed it. The things she went through and that other people went through in the Holocaust makes me want to cry. My favorite character was definately Margot. This is because she was just kindof in the backround, mellow and safe. Everybody else just tended to tick me off. Anyhow I really enjoyed reading this and these journals helped me understand more of how Anne felt. |

Response: When I read Anne's diary I thought it was very interesting. At first I thought Anne Frank's diary was pretty boring, until I read/listened to "Give!". It changed my view point over the poor, and all of us being equal. I think that it wasn't fair that Anne and her family had to go into hiding just because they were Jewish. I also think that is the reason she was able to make the essay so good. |

Response: The first time I read Anne's diary was in 5th grade. It was really cool, it was like I was living during the war at the secret annex. This website helped me unerstand and learn more about Anne and how she lived during those horrible times. This is a pretty awesome website and I think everyone should take the time to read the Diary of Anne Frank. It is a great book. |

Response: The first time I read Anne Frank was this year. I have heard of Anne Frank meany times before though. My best memorie of Anne frank was when Peter broke the chandelier. The website suprised me though. It's different hearing the story through a little girls voice. The pictures were suprising as well. The franks were just like a normal family outside of hiding. That painted a different pucture in my head. |

Response: I think that this website is a really good idea. People really need to know more about who Anne Frank was and what she wrote. My class just got done reading the play, but this website really helped clear up my confusion. I believe that if everyone went to this website that everyone would be more clear on what happened in the Secret Annex. Thank you for creating this website. |

Response: When I read Annes diary I imagined how horrible it was. The Germans treated the Jews like they were nothing. It just wasn't fair . |

Response: i just read her book in english class for the last 2 weeks.I loved it it was just a good book. When i was reading the book i was thinking that if i was in her place i would not of been able to survive i would not be able to be cooped up in that tiny little room for 2 years i dont think i would be able to handle that. I dont know how Anne survived living in there with all those people? If i was in her place i probably would of died in that first couple of months. I couldnt last two years. I think all kids from all over the world should read this book because it is such an inspiration to everyone. The diary of Anne Frank is such a good book and Anne is such an inspiration to everybody. |

Response: I like the way Anne describes all of her feelings and thoughts down on the paper. She describes every thing so well it is like she is telling you this story by in person right to your face. I really wish they could have recovered more from Anne and her family like a photo or a letter of them all in hiding. I hope I have the chance to read and learn more about Anne and her struggles through out this time period. |
