I love this book and the pictures. I wish I was there to help her. It was very hard to hide a Jew. We are reading this at school and everyone loves it. Are there any more books of Anne Frank? I want to learn more about Anne Frank.

im, 14. i just read finished reading the book. it made me laugh and cry.
it taught me many things about discrimination and the drastic impact it had on others.
this increadible girl, no older than myself, is an inspiration to me and my friends and it sadens me to realise that a girl with such a future and had so many plans for when the war was over, had to end her life so terribly.

I was about 13 the first time I read this book. I was overwhelmed with the thought that someone my age had lived through such an awful thing. Now, at age 44, I have a great attachment to this book. I find myself going back to it for reports for college courses and reading it in my times of distress. I feel bad for Miss Anne Frank. It is such a tragedy that such a brilliant child had to die so young. Yet she has been an inspiration, with her positiveness in such a bleak time. God rest her beautiful soul.

This is really touching....I just dont think any child should go through that...its not right...when i first read the book i cried It touched me and i wanted me to start treating people differently and to treat them with respect because if life was like this now alot of people wouldn't be able to surive...I mean i dont like to express my feeling and to tell people how i feel or anything like that...so i guess you could say anne and i are sort of alike. but then again were not...but i can feel how anne felt because i mean im not the bestest person ever but if i could go back in time i would change everything that i did.....

I was shocked by the time i read the diary of Anne. I don't know how she survived despite all the sufferings she encountered, all the pains, depression and supression. she became my inspiration day-by-day and i would like to know about her life and i would apply all of the lessons that she learned in my own life.

This autobiography is an inspiration to me! I love reading Anne Frank's diary it has a message of what probably most teenagers feel when they go through hardships like she did! Oh I wish I could go back in time and find more things about her. My school in kayenta arizona has many books about the Holocaust too. I was more interested in this diary. I'm a smalltown girl from the Navajo reservation. I lived here all my life and love what these kids from a long time ago talked about my age write now! I can imagine what its like with a shutdown life but still breathing and just keeping your problems in a book just to let it out. For me I'm not as different from Anne but we have our differences. People think just because you never say anything about your feelings or burst out your thoughts to people you don't have a feelings or a heart. I wish Anne could have survived but when I read her books she never intended to still have a life after a war she talked mostly about what was hiding inside her feelings and still had a hope she would live on to become a writer. Going through all of these memoirs of Anne Frank made me think of what a lucky person I am to have everything she could dream of. This book has inspired me since I started 2nd grade and still moves my heart of what kind of girl she was.

I love this book. when i first read it i was so moved by how she felt and what was going on in her life! It is great that her diary was found and published because she is a talented writer. Her emotions and dreams were so positive, that it shows that she had a great soul. I think l will never forget reading her diary.

I'm a reader from a small town in Iran. I tried so hard to get a copy of the book when I got to know it from the internet. I have to say that her diary deeply affected me. She had wisdom and enlightenment beyond her age. The book is definitely a message to the world. Message of hope and love.
