Response: I love this girl! She is an incredible writer. She inspires me so much, when i read this story for the first time in second grade it blasted me awway. When i read it again in class i told my mother, i found out my grandfather was jewish. I am mexican, italian, german, french, dutch, and native american. What more can I be? If only people didnt look at peoples race or religon things would've been different. if only...
what if anne made it, i think she would've become a dancer like she wanted, she was a strong an well educated girl. we had to write about if back then if she would be a friend or foe. I would have loved to had a friend so passionate about just life itself, she just is a great person. The play od anne frank is awsome, she shows her attitude and truely the way she felt, in her diary, she seems like a compassionate person but still gets her point across. I love how she looks at it from all sides. She is my inspriation in life. Its very important to remember her in life, and to know that if it's true that history will repeat itself, well it can't. There will be no future. no point to future. it's not right to put someone down and out because of gender or nationality or even religon, anywhere. having felt misery like that, knowing that people hate you because of who u r is wrong. Anne Frank is right, she knows her stuff, about only if people where treated equally... what if? i guess because the world is so stubborn you will never know. But i alwasy wonder, Miep is still alive, what if the Franks lived, what if the british and american troops made it two weeks earlier to Bergen-Belsen? Annie and Margot would've lived. what would happen? I always wonder. We can never forget her, I know I will tell my children about her, she inspried my life and helps me from giving up. Some day maybe just someday she will save many lives, from hatred.. someday.. |

Response: Before i read Anne Frank's Diary i thought back on how i thought my issues were the worst thing anyone could ever go through. But, once i read her Diaries i thought to myself, how stupid and childish my problems were. they weren't very large, just insecurities, the normal thing a teenage girl goes through. Anne Frank had to endure 25 months in an annex with alot of people. there was no way to get out, there was no way to escape the horrible tragedies that she had to withstand. not only did she have to go through the war, but she had to do it while she was going through all the normal things teen girls have to go through. Peer pressure, self image issues, feeling like she isnt worth anything, guys, learning to make decisions. I feel like she really has made an imapct on everyone just by writing down her thoughts in a diary. She has made a HUGE impact on my life, and i know i will never be the same again! |

Response: I read the diary when I was 11 years old. It was horrible to see/read what happened during the holocaust. The diary changed my whole entire outlook on the world. The history of world war two and Anne Frank has inspered me to tell people about her I mean as I'm writing now a guy right next to me asked me who was Anne Frank. This story touched me and helped me come over many obstacles by making me believe. |

Response: I read the diary of Anne Frank for the frist time when I was 12 years old. That was 10 years ago, and I still place this book as one of the books that has had a major impact on my life. Anne frank was most certainly an angel who was placed on earth for just a short time, just enough time to make an impact on the world that was bigger than the heart that beat in her chest. |
