I cant believe that after all they went through they were weeks away from liberation when they died. To go through all of it and just barely not make it. I feel bad for them for what they went through.

I thought that this was very sad, and I don't know how Anne did it. I wouldn't have been able to stay away from all my friends for that long.

In our english class we acted out the play, learned about Anne's life, and did a huge unit on the Holocaust. This whole thing was very heavy and emotional, but it was a really good learning experience.

This story touched me deeply. I couldn't believe that they lived under such bad circumstances and still didn't fully give up. This story changed my whole outlook on genocide.

This really touched me deep inside. Because they went through the worst thing in history, and they didn't give up even when hope seemed lost they never gave up.

I first read the diary when I was 12 -- almost Anne's age. Ir was around that time I learned that most of my ancestors were Jewish. The diary made a big impression, and I started my own diary, with entries starting "Dear Kitty." I'm now 56, and I still have those diaries of mine. And I just finished rereading Anne Frank's diary. I've read it three or four times, and it's still one of my favorite books of all time.

I first read the Diary of Anne Frank in the 5th grade. The copy I read back then, sits on a stand on my bookshelf to this day! The diary changed my life and made me aware of, even at such a young age, the evil in the world, but, most importantly the goodness of people-such as Miep Gies! I read the diary every summer, just to remind myself that people are really good at heart!

Anne Frank was a brave little girl and was very good about not whining about her hardships. I think she really didn't have anyone to talk to so she created a diary. Anne Frank is truly a hero.

After reading Anne Frank's thoughts, hopes, passion for life, and courage that she shows from her writing, you can't help but feel ashamed for how you act sometimes and how you take the littlest things for granted, when in fact, they would be the biggest blessing to others who do not have the luxary of an established life that others have. Anne Frank is one of the best examples of a good, pure human being because, despite of all that she goes through and the age that she is, she choices to write of how people can improve the world and the lives of the less fortunate.
