I have read a couple of different version's of Anne Frank,s diary and studied other area's of Anne's life and all I can say is WOW! American,s for the most part should be thankful. Anne was a very witty, intelligent bright young girl! Older in mind then in physical year's. Like other's have said, Her diary has inspired many people, Her life has also inspired people. She had dream's I believe she would have achieved had she lived. Her writing's should be an inspiration for all! |

But I am very grateful I never had to experience what she and her family had to. However, she was a brave soul. A very interesting story to read and learn what actually happened. |

How sad and wonderful at the same time that her writings actually got published thought she couldn't be here to see it. As one of Gods chosen and the loving heart she had, I know she is with God now, a much happier place to be. She will live on for eternity with God and in our hearts and minds. God will bless each and everyone that helped her and her family. |

January 07, 2010 05:32 PM | Location: United States Response: We recently read Anne Frank in my english class. It was really just hard to believe. I can't imagine how life would be like if I were Anne. Having to hide all the time and not being able to live life. This was a very interesting story, but also very sad. This website is a really good way to get a better understand of how life was back then. Anne was a phenomenal writer. I was also surprised at how the living conditions were. They couldn't go to the bathroom, couldn't wear shoes, had to stay completely silent, ect. I really don't know what I would do if i were Anne. |
