The Anne Frank story has affected me. It affected me by showing me that even in tough times, people can stay the same. Anne believed that everybody is good inside even after being forced into hiding. Even her best friend was taken and that thought did not change. Also, she never stopped her love of writing. She filled three diaries and over 300 loose pages worth of writing while in the secret annex.

Anne's story has touched millions and has given everyone a chance to look at life differently. I believe that Anne had a point to get across to us, her readers. Anne might have been saying that we shouldn't take everything for granted, or get to comfortable with everything we "need". I think Anne is true. Also, I have known of Anne Frank since 3rd grade and wish to know more. I can't though. The Nazis killed over 6 million Jews, including Anne Frank. It is sad though that the "Green Police" had killed a lively, charismatic and very social young, young woman. God Bless Anne Frank, her family and all of the other 6 million Jews that had to have been murdered in such a horrific way. God Bless.

This story impacted me greatly. I can not imagine having to deal with what Anne Frank had to deal with. She had to deal with the Nazis, Hitler, and living in a small space with seven other people. I am glad that she wrote a diary the whole time she was in hiding and before that so that I could get an idea of what life was like for a thirteen year old in 1942. This website helped make me appreciate more of what Anne Frank did and what she has to go through.

I think that this story is inspiring. I can't believe how long that they stayed in that small attic space. I wouldn't be able to stay there for that long cooped up. Anne was staying there with 8 other people and not enough food. Those would be unbearable conditions by themselves! they also had to be completely quiet or the workers below them would hear them and tell the Green Police. It was just an amazing story.

I thought that this was a very interesting website. The part that I thought was the best was how you could listen to Anne. There were a couple of things I learned from this website. One thing was that there was actually a video of Anne! That amazed me. I thought Anne was a really strong and smart person writing in her diary while going through those hard times. Those are my thought on this website.

I think Anne is right about giving. I also think that if everyone gives something, even kindness, then there would be no one to look down appon. This story has affected me. I now think of how badly the Jewish people were treated. I can't belive that even though they did nothing wrong they still had to go through all that pain and suffering. I hope nothing like this ever happens again.

I think that this website helped me learn alout about Anne Franks and her life. My favorite part of the website was to listen to "Give". I thought that had alot of meaning and it really made me think and try to imagine being Anne frank in hiding with her family and family friends. It helped me understand how she was feeling about how every is equal.

Anne Frank has one of those stories that impacts you in a big way and makes you think about how hard it must have been for all the people effected by the holocaust. I can think about how Anne must have been like, and I think she was a little bit like me in some ways. We are both smart, and what kid doesn't think often about being free when they are trapped unwillingly somewhere, whether it be an annex or in class.... I read Anne's diary in fifth grade, and to me its hard to believe that a thirteen and eventually 15) year old girl already knew what she wanted to do as an adult, but I am very glad that her father lived to make her dream come true. It tells so much about what life was like, (sad as it was during WW2) and its such an important of history, everyone learns something or is impacted by Anne's story.

Even though Anne Frank lived in a very different time and she experienced very different things, I think I can relate to her. She had many troubles with family and friends just like any other person. Reading it, I also thought that even though the problems I seem to have are hard on me I don't think I would ever be able to face the problems Anne had. If Anne was still alive, I think that everything would be very different. Her diary might still be published but we might see it in a different perspective. And we would be able to know much more about Anne and everything she went through personally. She probably would have published many more books but I'm not sure if they would have the same effect on us if she was alive then if she was dead. At first I didn't want to read her diary but now I'm so glad I have. She is such an inspiration to everyone.
