Katherine Erickson is a recent graduate of New York University School of Law. During her time at NYU, she contributed to its Global Justice Clinic’s Haiti Project, conducting research on the application of the international right to health and environmental hygiene within the context of gold mining. She also conducted research for the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention during her semester abroad in Argentina, which she did through NYU’s Clinic on Policy Advocacy in Latin America.
She has a JD from NYU and a BA in French from Scripps College.
Fellowship Project
Ms. Erickson is researching ways for human rights fact-finders to preserve evidence for use in later international prosecutions. She is also conducting research for the Simon-Skjodt Center’s various program areas.
