The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum mourns the passing of Lore Ross.
A refugee who fled Nazism, she was deeply committed to the Museum and the cause of Holocaust remembrance and education. Life partner to her devoted husband, Eric, she was a woman of great determination, strength, and dignity. Together, she and Eric are the Museum’s largest individual benefactors and, as inaugural members of the Museum’s Chairman’s Circle, they inspired countless others with their unparalleled generosity and leadership.
